LookAgainAI Privacy Policy

The short version

• We collect only what we need to run the site and your membership.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We'll never ask for your passwords, security codes, or account numbers by email, phone, or text.

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address, your name if you add one, and when you created your account. Your password is stored in a scrambled form that no one, including us, can read.
• Your membership. Your plan, its status, when you joined, and when it renews or ends. If you cancel, we keep the date and time of your request.
• Your agreement. When you join, we record that you agreed to our terms. We keep the date, the time, and the version you agreed to.
• Payments. Stripe processes payments through our website platform, MadeThis. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us. If you email team@magnifyai.madethis.app, we keep your message so we can answer it.
• Survey answers. Our "Check This" survey doesn't ask for your name or email. It stores your answers and the time you sent them.
• Site visits. When analytics is enabled, an analytics tool counts visits and shows which pages people use. See "Cookies and browser storage" below.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard logs, like IP address and browser type. These keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and browser storage

• Staying signed in. Your browser stores sign-in information, so you stay signed in.
• Analytics. When analytics is enabled, PostHog may set a cookie and store an ID in your browser so we can count visits and repeat visits. We don't use it for advertising. Our site has no advertising pixels.
• Your choice. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, though you may need to sign in again.

How we use it

• To run your account and give you member access.
• To handle your membership, renewals, and cancellations.
• To send account and membership emails, like your welcome email and cancel confirmations.
• To answer your questions.
• To improve our guides and, when analytics is enabled, see which pages help people.

We don't send marketing email today. If that changes, every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. We'll update this policy first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run LookAgainAI for us:

• MadeThis, our website platform. It runs checkout and order processing and sends our emails.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Vercel, for website hosting.
• Convex, for our database and sign-in.
• PostHog, for site analytics when analytics is enabled.

Each service handles information to provide its service to us, under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

If the business changes hands

If LookAgainAI or Forge and Frequency LLC is sold or transferred, your information may go to the new owner. We'll require them to protect it the way this policy says, or to tell you before anything changes.

How long we keep it

• We keep your account information while you have an account.
• If you ask us to delete your account during an active membership, we'll stop the renewal first. You keep access through your paid-through date. We'll delete your account within 30 days after that date and tell you when it's done.
• We keep some records as long as the law or our billing requires. Examples are proof of purchase and your agreement to our terms.

Your choices

• See, correct, or delete your information: email team@magnifyai.madethis.app. We reply within 2 business days.
• Cancel your membership anytime in Settings.
• Block cookies in your browser settings.

Age limit

LookAgainAI is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Keeping your information safe

We use trusted services and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we collect as little as we can. If you think something's wrong with your account, email us right away.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we'll email members first.
