LookAgainAI Terms of Use

1. What LookAgainAI is

LookAgainAI shares educational guides about using AI safely and checking for scams. Our content is not medical, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. For those decisions, talk with a professional or the official source.

We never tell you a message is "safe" or "real." We show you how to check it yourself.

2. Accuracy

We check facts against official sources and show the date we checked. Information changes, and we can make mistakes. If you spot an error, please tell us. Always confirm important details with the official source.

3. Who can use LookAgainAI

• You must be 18 or older to create an account or join.
• Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in private.
• One person per account. Please don't share your member access.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.

4. Membership and billing

• The founding membership is $9 a month, plus any sales tax that applies.
• As a founding member, you keep the $9 rate for as long as your membership stays active.
• It renews automatically each month on the date you joined, until you cancel.
• Stripe processes payments through our website platform, MadeThis. Your receipt may say "MadeThis."
• What's included is described on our Join page. We may add, change, or retire pieces to keep things current. If you don't like a change, you can cancel anytime.

5. Cancelling

• Cancel anytime in Settings (Cancel membership), or email team@magnifyai.madethis.app. There are no cancellation fees.
• You'll see a confirmation right away, and we'll email it to you.
• We'll stop your renewal within 1 business day. You keep full access through the end of the month you paid for.
• If a renewal charge goes through after you asked to cancel, we'll refund it in full.

6. Refunds and billing mistakes

• Payments aren't refunded, including partial months.
• If we charge you by mistake, tell us and we'll refund the mistaken charge.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, your access may pause until the payment is fixed. You can also cancel instead.

8. Price changes

We'll email members at least 30 days before any price change. You can cancel before the new price starts. Founding members keep the $9 rate for as long as their membership stays active.

9. If we end memberships

If we ever stop offering memberships, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice. We'll stop all future charges. We'll also refund any month you paid for but can't use.

10. Our content

Our guides, printables, and prompts belong to Forge and Frequency LLC. You may use them for yourself. You're welcome to print our printables and share them with family and friends. Please don't resell or republish our content, or share your member access.

11. What you send us

When you email us a question or a message to check, you still own it. You let us use it to answer you. We'll use it in a future Drop only with your OK, and only with every personal detail removed.

Never send passwords, codes, PINs, or account numbers. Cover names, addresses, and account details before you send.

12. Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, copying it in bulk, or using it to harm anyone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When we can, we'll tell you first.

13. Links to other sites

We link to official sources and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

14. No guarantees, and limits

We work hard to be accurate and helpful. Still, LookAgainAI is provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows:

• We aren't responsible for losses that come from using or relying on our content.
• Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

15. If the business changes hands

If LookAgainAI or Forge and Frequency LLC is sold or transferred, your membership and these terms may move to the new owner. We'll require the new owner to honor the time you've paid for.

16. Ohio law and courts

Ohio law governs these terms. If we ever disagree, please email us first, and we'll try to sort it out. If we can't, the state or federal courts in Ohio will decide it. That's true unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.

17. The whole agreement

These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about LookAgainAI. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

18. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For changes that affect members, we'll email you before they take effect.
